Update Beneficiaries

As a reminder, all full-time employees are automatically enrolled in company paid life insurance. If you have not added in beneficiary information for this plan, please take the time to do so.

It is very important that you have up to date beneficiary information in ADP and confirm that the listed contact information (phone/email) is accurate.

If you do not designate a beneficiary this typically causes the death benefit to default to your estate, triggering a potentially lengthy and costly probate process.

To complete this task, log into ADP Employee & Managers on the employee portal.

Then add a new dependent/beneficiary by navigating to Myself > Benefits > Enrollments > Manage Dependents and Beneficiaries

Select Add
Choose Add Beneficiary and select a beneficiary type, Person or Organization/Trust
Complete the relevant details and click Done
